It’s ok. Everyone’s feeling it. The question is – What are YOU going to do about it?           

What are you going to do to step up, show up, and knock it out of the park?

What’s it going to take for you to be that Rock Star up on stage; the one that easily draws attention and looks like they were born with a mic in their hand?

What’s it going to take for the words to flow, for your mind to just relax, and for that energy and passion for what you do to penetrate the room?

I want to get you out of your head and into your message.  Into that thing you want to share that comes from a divine urge deep inside.

Speak Up is an intimate 3-hour experience.  Limited to just 12 people, so – you can each have the time you need to test-drive what you’ve been putting together and try on some new techniques.

You don’t need to stress and bring your “A game” for our event. This event is all about practice and being messy.  It’s to help you be on your “A game” when we get to the Speaker Training.  And you have full permission to be all over the place here with us.

I want to make this as real as possible, but also as safe as possible.  That means an intimate group of passionate people that don’t have to stress or over prep.  Just be willing to show up and Speak up.

Maybe you realize you need more confidence.  Let me be honest – you can’t just read about it.

Maybe you feel like you need more control of your focus. – You can’t work that muscle by practicing alone.

Maybe you need more energy when you speak or you feel like you’ve got great energy but you’re still not getting the response you want.  – There is nothing like real-time feedback and chance for a “do-over” to allow you to learn the skill of adjusting your presence and style when you’re in the moment on a stage where it counts.

Yes - this is an equine guided experience.

Why horses? I could go on forever. But let’s just say there is no more accurate and honest gauge of your connection to your message. Through our exercises you will experience the power of your words to move your audience - or the power of your distraction to allow your audience to disengage.
