AMANDA KUMIKO KENT IS A LEADERSHIP COACH AND TRAINER
Amanda works with individuals and teams designing hands-on experiences that will take you to the next level in your leadership mastery. She gets you out of the office and into the dirt where you experience equine-guided, action-required exercises that get you out of your comfort zone.
For the last 10 years Amanda has worked with aspiring leaders, companies, and nonprofits to master their skills in clear communication, group negotiation and trust and expanding awareness and intuition - skills essential to anyone looking to move forward to their goals, with their teams or in their lives.
Amanda trains leaders and teams with programs built on the belief that EXPERIENCE is the “Magic Elixir” that transforms someone who calls themselves a leader into someone with the presence and awareness to command attention and attract passionate followers.
